Four Fold Focus
Excellent Academics - First and foremost, we want our students to build competence in the mastery of all academic disciplines and develop a commitment to life-long learning. We challenge students to meet high academic standards in core subjects while remaining aware of each student's readiness to move forward. By stimulating academic curiousity, creativity and imagination, we motivate students to learn about their world and teach them how to interpret it through God's Word.
Spiritual Maturity - The spiritual development of our students is foundational to all we do at CAP. We endeavor to guide students to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and to equip them to apply God's Word in their daily lives. We aim for our children to become a vital part of the body of Christ through involvement in a church community, serving others and God. Our model for behavior and character is Jesus Christ and we strive to develop mature believers who are able to defend a biblical worldview with grace and truth.
Social Participation - Learning to respect and relate appropriately to other people helps children to understand the worth of every individual as created in the image of God. Social growth at CAP includes gaining a knowledge of the people and events of history, as well as valuing social and civic activities and experiencing personal involvement in community service and events. The practice of justice, mercy and peacemaking are held as standards of behavior in all student relationships at school events.
Physical Development - Physical health, fitness and the development of motor skills are important components to every child's quality of life and are therefore an important part of student's training at CAP. We enjoy watching children here realize the benefits of physical health while learning to respect their bodies as the temple of the Holy Spirit.
